• Strong hands-on experience in salary negotiations and offer management.
• Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end offer management for mid to senior-level hiring mandates.
• Drive compensation discussions and salary negotiations, balancing business needs with candidate expectations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams and business leaders on compensation fitment and offer approvals.
• Manage offer release, acceptance, and pre-joining governance across multiple business functions.
• Build engagement strategies to improve offer-to-join conversion and reduce joiner drop-offs.
• Proactively manage joining risks, counteroffers, delays, and candidate concerns.
• Act as the primary escalation point for offer-related issues and negotiations.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and audit controls.
