Job summary

IHFL is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage offer letter generation and related processes. You will validate candidate details, compensation inputs and approvals while ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential handling of employee data.

The role requires coordinating with HRBPs to collect documents and ensure policy compliance, along with preparing routine reports on offer letter status.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and offer letter processing tasks.

• Familiarity with confidentiality and data protection in employee records.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on offer letter generation status.
