Job summary

Inspiration Manpower Consultancy in Bangalore is hiring a Human Resources Operations Supervisor (face-to-face interview mode only). The role requires 6–10 years of experience in India HR operations, MBA in HR, and hands-on onboarding, lifecycle management, and payroll processes.

Skills Required

• Previous experience in a similar HR Supervisor/HR Advisory/HR Services/HR Consulting Role
• Proven experience in team handling ability to lead, mentor, and manage HR teams effectively to achieve departmental goals (min 1 year)
• Skills: India HR Operation – Onboarding, Employee Life Cycle management, exit process, vendor management, HR Reporting, Performance Management. Excellent communication & MS-Excel – Vlookup. Pivot, Dashboard.

HR Operations Oversight

• Administer daily HR operational activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and timelines.
• Oversee offer letters, employment documentation, onboarding processes, payroll inputs, and employee record management.
• Manage shared HR mailboxes and ensure timely responses to queries and requests.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor HR team members, assigning tasks and monitoring completion.
• Drive team productivity through clear goal-setting, scorecards, and performance reports.
• Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team capability and maintain high service standards.

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with external vendors (insurance, childcare benefits, background verification).
• Ensure timely coordination and compliance with vendor agreements and SLAs.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate HR records in HRMS systems.
• Generate analytical and KPI reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Policy & Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in HR operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
