R.S Brothers in Chennai (India) seeks a dedicated HR Operations professional to handle end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, payroll and statutory compliance. The role covers attendance, leaves management and employee engagement within a retail environment.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding, administer payroll and statutory requirements, and ensure adherence to legal standards while supporting training and development initiatives.

• Knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, documenting, induction and on-boarding.

• Manage hiring, attendance and payroll & statutory compliances.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain employee database, leaves and attendance; ensure EPF/ESIC and legal compliance.
• Support performance reviews, trainings, development activities and employee engagement.
