Job summary

DMart invites applications for Profile- Sr. HR OFFICER in our HR Operations team located in Bilaspur/Bhilai, CG. The role requires relocation within MP & CG as needed.

You will manage attendance, payroll, compliance, and employee relations, while driving recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Strong HR operations experience and detail orientation are essential.

Eligibility includes MBA/PGDM and 2–8 years in HR; age up to 31 years.
