Job summary

Shavish Group in Maharashtra, India, seeks an HR leader to own Talent Management, Learning & Development, QMS HR, and HR MIS & Analytics. You will drive processes across talent acquisition, reviews, succession planning, development initiatives, and DEI programs.

Ideal candidate has HR experience in automobile sector, strong data interpretation, ownership mindset, and fluent English. Proficiency in MS Office and HR analytics will help translate data into actionable insights for management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Management: Responsible for all the activities involved like Talent Acquisition, Talent Review,

Succession Planning, Developmental initiatives, as a process owner

2. Learning and Development: Responsible for all the activities involved in this function as a process owner

3. QMS HR: Coordination, implementation and maintenance of the HR Quality Management System (IATF

16949) as process owner

4. HR MIS & Analytics:

• Prepare and publish daily / weekly / monthly HR MIS as applicable.
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely submission of HR data.
• Analyse HR data and identify trends, deviations and areas requiring management attention.

5. Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity (DEI) related initiatives and implementation

Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant experience in HR from automobile industry
• Ability to work with data and translate it into actionable insights
• Ownership and accountability
• Good Business Communication Skill (Verbal, Written and Presentation).
• Analytical thinking, good coordination ability, Planning and organizing
• Very good proficiency level in English Language
• Independently able to provide the interpretation service in the online as well as face to face meetings.
• Good level of proficiency in MS-Office.
• Proficiency in Quality Management Systems and well acquainted with Environment Management,
• Safety Management of systems.
