Job summary

Samraat Group in Nashik District, Maharashtra is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have 3-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in Real Estate or Hospitality.

This role requires a strong understanding of HRMS/ERP systems, statutory compliance, and HR operations. Candidates with an MBA/PGDM in HR are preferred and must possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience for HR Executive role.
• 6–10 years of experience for HR Manager role.
• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, or Manufacturing preferred.
