• Monitor attendance, leaves, shifts, late arrivals via HRMS/biometric systems.
• Coordinate background verification and document verification for new hires.
• Address HR policy, leave, attendance, payroll, and benefits queries.
• Organize employee engagement, celebrations, and training.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain dashboards.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Support grievance handling and positive work environment.
• Assist management with HR planning and organizational development initiatives.

Role & responsibilities :
