Job summary

Nahar Hospital in Rajasthan seeks a seasoned HR professional to lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR operations for the hospital. The role requires hands-on experience across clinical, consultant, and non-clinical recruitment within healthcare, plus strong labor law knowledge to ensure statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage manpower planning, budget, and employee records, while driving performance, engagement, and development initiatives in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or Master's in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or a related discipline.
• 510 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the healthcare/hospital industry.
• Proven experience in Clinical, Consultant, and Non-Clinical recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
• Sound understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
