Job summary

Redbrix is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive the end-to-end hiring process. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage offers and onboarding for new employees.

The role requires strong communication, sourcing techniques, and the ability to deliver a positive candidate experience. Note: Only female candidates can apply for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (job descriptions to offers).
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
• Proficient interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Negotiation of salary and offers with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Conduct reference and background checks, where applicable.
• Negotiate salary packages and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and candidate records.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key hiring metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent market conditions.
• Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
