Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented HR Manager specializing in Bulk Hiring / Volume Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience navigating the fast-paced BPO landscape, managing ramp-ups, and building aggressive sourcing pipelines to ensure minimum seat vacancy.

• Position: HR Manager (Talent Acquisition & Operations)
• Location: EFC, Pune (Work from Office)
• Salary Package: 5,00,000 7,00,000 LPA (Based on experience & competence)
• Industry: BPO / ITES

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Bulk Hiring (Primary Focus)

• Drive and execute the end-to-end recruitment cycle for high-volume voice and non-voice BPO processes.
• Design and execute localized sourcing strategies (walk-ins, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and external consultancies) to maintain a steady pipeline.
• Manage day-to-day walk-in drives and mega-recruitment events to fulfill sudden business ramp-ups.
• Collaborate closely with Operations/Delivery Heads to understand shift-wise staffing projections and accurately predict headcount needs.

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Empanel, manage, and coordinate with recruitment consultants and external vendors to maximize throughput.
• Keep strict track of recruitment metrics like Cost-Per-Hire, Time-to-Hire, Early Attrition, and Offer-to-Join ratios.

3. Onboarding & Core HR Operations

• Oversee seamless documentation, reference checks, and smooth onboarding processes for large batches of new joiners.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives focused heavily on reducing early-stage attrition (090 day dropouts).
• Handle basic HR operations, attendance coordination for night shifts, grievance resolution, and initial exit formalities.
