Job summary

Actualise Business Solutions in Pune is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and HR Operations. The role will partner with leadership to build a strong and positive workplace culture while ensuring effective HR processes and compliant employee lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in HR, with a hands-on approach to recruitment, HRIS and reporting, and a focus on employee relations

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of HR experience in mid-to-large organizations.
  • Experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and HR Operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end Talent Acquisition and workforce planning across functions.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and HR policies.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
  • Drive performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Develop and improve HR policies, processes, SOPs, and employee lifecycle practices.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for managing and strengthening the organization's HR function. The role will have major ownership across Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and HR Operations, while partnering closely with leadership to build a strong and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate and business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
  • Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and improve hiring quality and TAT.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
2. HR Administration & Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR policies.
  • Ensure smooth employee onboarding, induction, transfers, confirmations, and exit processes.
  • Maintain HR MIS and provide regular reports to management.
  • Coordinate with payroll and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Drive initiatives focused on employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture.
  • Conduct employee feedback and engagement activities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support internal communication and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Performance Management & Employee Relations
  • Drive performance appraisal and review processes across the organization.
  • Work with managers on goal setting, performance tracking, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Support managers in people-related matters and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
5. HR Strategy & Business Partnering
  • Work closely with senior management on people strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, and retention.
  • Develop and improve HR policies, processes, SOPs, and employee lifecycle practices.
  • Track HR metrics such as attrition, hiring TAT, cost-per-hire, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and overall employee experience.
