You will oversee recruitment, staff management, training, performance reviews, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

The role requires strong people management skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to align HR activities with business needs in a retail environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in HR operations within retail or showroom environments.
• Ability to manage end-to-end HR processes across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and payroll compliance.

Responsabilidades
