Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee andmanage the Human Resource Development (HRD) functions for our jewelry business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.Management, preferably in the luxury or retail sector. The HR Manager will beresponsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, enhancing employeeperformance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Management:

• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing,screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement strategies for talent retention andsuccession planning.
• Conduct skill-gap analyses and facilitate trainingprograms for employees.

2. Training & Development:

• Identify training needs across departments and designeffective training programs.
• Coordinate with external trainers or create in-housetraining modules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and developmentprograms through feedback and performance assessments.

3. Performance Management:

• Develop and implement performance appraisal systems toevaluate employee performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedbackto employees.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned withbusiness goals.

Requirements
