Job summary

Jewellers, Patiala showroom, is seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment and basic HR operations. The role involves sourcing and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews and inductions, and maintaining employee records and HR reports.

You will handle HR/CRM databases, support staffing needs with management and the Store Manager, and contribute to employee engagement and general HR administration.

Qualifications

• Graduate in HR; MBA/PG Diploma preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/CRM software.
• Retail or jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage.
