Job summary

Alok Masterbatches Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HRIS & Payroll professional to manage employee data in ZingHR, process leaves and attendance, and prepare monthly reports across India.

The role also covers benefits administration, health insurance renewals, compliance across plants, onboarding and exit interviews, and leading HR automation modules in ZingHR. This position supports HR operations across PAN India and requires coordination with unit HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Update employee data in the ZingHR portal and maintain accurate personal information.
• Process leave and attendance for all locations.
• Submit Monthly Manpower Cost Report and Loan MIS by the 10th of the following month.
• Review contractor bills for all locations and report gaps.
• Close PF & ESI non-compliance cases and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
• Coordinate health insurance administration and renew group policies.
• Plan onboarding across India and conduct inductions.
• Schedule exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees.
• Lead implementation of HR automation modules in ZingHR (ELC, Letters, Claims, Helpdesk, PMS).

Job description

Role & responsibilities

HRIS & Payroll:

• Update employee employment and personal information in the ZingHR Portal.
• Leave & attendance processing.
• Submit the Monthly Manpower Cost Report and Loan MIS by the 10th of the following month.
• Perform monthly checks on contractors' bills for all locations and report any gaps or concerns.
• Close all existing open non-compliance cases related to PF & ESI.
• Compensation & benefits administration

Heath Insurance:

• Mediclaim, GPA Insurance and administration
• Renew the Group Mediclaim insurance policy.
• Update employee data based on monthly endorsements received from Unit HR.
• Organize health camps at all locations PAN India.

Compliances:

• Coordinate and manage all labour lawrelated compliance across all plants.
• Ensure PoSH compliance, including statutory training and awareness sessions.
• Maintain a centralized repository for all compliance-related records and documentation.

Onboarding:

• Prepare the Induction Manual for new employees.
• Conduct induction and onboarding for all staff members across India.
• Employee enrolment into the system.

Exit Interviews

• Schedule and conduct exit interviews with departing employees.
• Gather feedback on their experiences and reasons for leaving.
• Ensure a smooth exit process for all employees.

ZingHR

• Lead the implementation and go-live of HR automation modules, including ELC & Letter Generation, Claims & Reimbursement, Helpdesk, Travel Desk and PMS.

Others

• Confirmation & Separation letters
