Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce or Finance.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus and Gratuity, and Labour Law compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS).

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
• Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports, salary reconciliation statements, and MIS reports.
• Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity).
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain compliance records.
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and auditors for compliance matters.
• Monitor updates in labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
• Maintain employee master data and HRMS records.
• Support onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Maintain HR documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits.
