Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and administration of payroll and ensuring monthly compliance.
• Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration.
• Validate and flag deviations in salary sheets shared by third-party payroll vendor.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
• Maintain and update payroll information and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with departments and ensure exit processes and F&F settlements are processed on time.
• Process payroll taxes and employee benefits.
• Review investment declarations and ensure taxes are calculated accurately.
• Ensure onboarding/registration of employees.
• Ensure accurate employee database management.
• Prepare regular MIS as may be requested from time to time.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
• Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration.
• To validate and flag any deviation related to salary sheets, shared by third party payroll vendor based on inputs shared.
• Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
• Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
• Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolve discrepancies,
• Co-ordinating with functional departments and ensuring exit processes and employee F&F settlements are processed on time. Process payroll taxes and payment of employee benefits.
• Review of investment declarations submitted on year-ends by employees and ensure employment/income taxes are calculated accurately.
• Ensure employee on-boarding/ registration.
• Ensure Accurate Employee Database management
• Prepare regular MIS as may be requested from time to time

Preferred candidate profile

• Desired Qualification: Any Specialization; PG - MBA/PGDM
• Desired Experience in Years :8 to 10 Years
• hands on experience: Must have worked on HRMS and SAP
• Should have worked on Data analysis or Data Analytics
• Should have would on HR Automation.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
