Qualifications

• Experience in training needs assessment and large-scale training delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proficient in MS Office and SAP/MIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations, manpower planning, performance appraisals, and employee development.
• Manage payroll, attendance, employee records, and statutory compliance.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, induction, and orientation.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workforce management.
• Develop training calendars, competency matrices, and skill development programs.
• Coordinate mandatory and regulatory training and monitor training effectiveness.
• Ensure workforce availability and discipline as per BALCO expectations.
• Manage HR MIS, ERP/SAP, and related digital tools.
• Understand Asset Optimisation modules, including PM, CBM, and RCA.
