Job summary

Big Bull Trader, located in Esplanade Area, Kolkata, seeks a Manager HR with 10+ years of experience to oversee payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, and HR operations. The role requires hands-on HRMS and Excel, strong leadership, and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll, EPF/ESIC processes, onboarding and offboarding, policy implementation, and performance management. Office timings are 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Salary up to 6 LPA.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, EPF, ESIC, recruitment, and manpower planning.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS software and MS Excel.
• Experience in HR team management, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, salary calculations, attendance, leave, deductions, and F&F settlements.
• Handle EPF and ESIC registrations, generation, and statutory records.
• Oversee PF and ESIC challan processing; prior experience a plus.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, documentation, and offboarding.
• Lead recruitment team to ensure timely hiring.
• Coordinate with Department Heads for manpower planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Define KRAs and manage performance appraisal processes.
• Conduct periodic warehouse visits to review manpower and HR operations.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure labour law compliance.
• Operate HRMS software for payroll, attendance, leave, records, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, attendance, leave, deductions, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
• Handle employee EPF and ESIC registrations, generation, and statutory records.
• Manage PF and ESIC challan processing; prior experience will be an added advantage.
• Oversee employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and offboarding.
• Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely hiring.

• Develop, implement, and monitor company HR policies and procedures.
