Job summary

Victor Bio Genetics in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead the full hiring lifecycle. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, coordinating with department heads and management to ensure timely fill rates.

The role requires strong recruitment skills, knowledge of HR administration, and compliance with labour laws. Excellent communication and MS Excel proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Prepare and post job descriptions on recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Negotiate and coordinate salary discussions with selected candidates.
