The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience and accurate recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to define selection processes and ensure timely closures.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout hiring.
• Handle salary negotiations and offer management within company policies.
• Stay updated with market trends and talent availability for non-technical domains.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented mainly Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various non-technical roles such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and other support functions.

Educational Qualification:

• PG degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
