Job summary

Nextenti Tech Private Limited is seeking an experienced HR Leader for hospital-focused operations to drive HR strategy, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will oversee performance processes, policy development, and workforce planning to support a large healthcare workforce.

The role requires deep labor-law knowledge, 13+ years of HR experience in healthcare, and the ability to foster a positive culture across clinical, non-clinical, and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or Master's in HRM.
• 13+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory regulations.
• Experience in managing large healthcare workforces is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, and administrative positions.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, appraisal cycles, and career development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and hospital HR policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Manage compensation, benefits, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration and employee satisfaction.
