Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Handle recruitment, interviews, selection, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
• Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
• Manage performance appraisal, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate payroll, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other benefits.
• Identify training and development requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.
