Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final-year students in HR/Management/Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and references.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and selection updates.
• Assist in offer generation and release of offer letters.
• Discuss salary expectations with candidates and support offer negotiations.
• Follow up with selected candidates for documentation, offer acceptance and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate details in Excel.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Provide support in other Talent Acquisition activities as required.
