Job summary

Tata Capital is seeking a proactive HR intern to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations from Indore. You will assist with screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee data while gaining exposure to HRIS and reporting processes.

The role requires a graduate in any discipline and basic HR concepts; proficiency in MS Office is essential. Fresh graduates are welcome, with opportunities to grow within the HR function.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, etc.).
• Basic understanding of HR concepts is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
