Lenskart is seeking an entry-level HR Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities in Bengaluru. You will assist with sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases, while coordinating with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.

You will also contribute to HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives, and help prepare reports for ongoing HR projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business administration, psychology or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
