Job summary

Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.

You will help maintain employee records, assist in policy communication and engage with staff across initiatives, while developing MS Excel/MS Office skills in a busy HR environment.

The role offers exposure to MIS reporting, HR analytics and coordination with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
