Job summary

HCP Wellness in India is seeking an HR Executive/Manager with 4+ years of manufacturing experience (pharmaceuticals or cosmetics) to lead HR initiatives at the factory site. The role covers strategy, recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, and compliance.

The candidate should be people-oriented, result-driven, with strong HRIS knowledge and leadership capabilities to drive a high-performance work environment at the plant.

Qualifications
