Job summary

Consultadd Services in Bengaluru seeks a senior HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for the India office, build talent pipelines, and own HR operations from onboarding to records management.

You will partner with payroll/compliance, develop HR policies, and drive performance management, engagement, and culture initiatives while implementing HRIS and scaling processes for growth.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in HR from a top institute or MBA with HR specialization.
• 12 years of HR-track experience, preferably including recruitment.
• Campus or lateral recruitment experience is advantageous.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the India office, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across premium talent markets, leading institutes, campuses, and lateral hiring channels.
• Own key HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and day-to-day employee support.
• Partner with the wider HR team on payroll and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, gratuity, POSH, and Shops & Establishments compliance.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and core HR processes for the India office.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
• Contribute to the implementation and administration of HRIS and other HR systems.
• Work closely with senior leadership and the wider HR team across employee relations, compensation, compliance, and other HR functions.
• Take ownership of building and improving HR processes as the India office scales.

Preferred candidate profile

Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources from a leading institute such as XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, or XIMB, or an MBA from a top-tier institute with a genuine HR specialization.

• 12 years of experience in an HR-track role, preferably with recruitment or talent-acquisition exposure.
• Prior experience in campus or lateral recruitment will be an advantage.
• Exposure to fast-scaling, technology-driven, or professional services organizations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and high-caliber candidates.
• Demonstrates strong learning agility, initiative, ownership, and sound judgement.
• Maintains discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee matters.
• Comfortable working hands-on and building HR processes and systems from the ground up.
• Demonstrates a clear commitment to building a long-term career in Human Resources and progressing into an HR leadership role.
