You will manage payroll inputs, coordinate with teams, address employee grievances, and contribute to policy updates that foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
• Good understanding of HR processes and labour practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
