Job summary

Faurecia in India is seeking an HR Generalist/HR Operations professional to support data management, payroll inputs, and headcount reporting within a manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate training, vendor/billing processes, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employee services. Prior manufacturing exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• MILS/ MSW/MBA, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good exposure to vendor/facility management, billing processes, and employee services.
• Strong MS Excel, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support HR data management and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HR dashboards.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee data to ensure smooth and accurate monthly payroll processing.
• Support Headcount Management, including manpower tracking, employee movements, and periodic HC reporting.
• Manage canteen operations, including vendor coordination, service quality, employee feedback, and billing verification.
• Coordinate security management activities, including manpower deployment, attendance, vendor coordination, and compliance requirements.
• Support vendor billing and invoice processing, ensuring verification, documentation, and timely submission for payment.
• Coordinate training and development activities, including training schedules, nominations, attendance, documentation, and effectiveness tracking.
• Provide support for day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring smooth employee services and compliance with company processes.
