Job summary

SV Employment Service in Pune is seeking an HR payroll administrator to handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The role requires a strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment Act) and experience across manufacturing, engineering, IT, or service sectors.

You will ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and exit formalities.

Qualifications
