Job summary

Echobooom in Kolkata seeks a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong candidate experience. You will source from portals, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to fill roles promptly.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HR/recruitment, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn. A graduate degree with HR qualification is preferred; immediate joiners only.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening/telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate the selection and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Assist in maintaining recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and support employer branding initiatives.
