Job summary

Bigbasket is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional in Chennai to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, onboarding, documentation, and records. You will run employee helpdesk, ensure process compliance for audits, and deliver accurate reports and dashboards.

You will handle separations, implement ideas to reduce attrition and absenteeism, and lead rewards, recognition, and engagement across multiple store locations in the Chennai area.

Qualifications

• Experience in End to End HR Operations, including onboarding and documentation.
• Retail/Warehouse/Logistics domain experience is preferred.
• Bike availability is a plus for location mobility.

Responsibilities

• Managing the complete employee life-cycle.
• Handling onboarding formalities and documentation.

• Managing employee helpdesk with timely responses (TAT).
• Ensuring HR processes comply with audit requirements.
• Generating accurate employee-related reports for review.

• Handling employee separations, off-boarding, and transfers.
• Implementing ideas to control absenteeism, attrition and grievances.
• Organizing and managing Reward & Recognition programs and engagement.
• Managing HR across multiple store locations.

Role & responsibilities

• Managing the complete employee life-cycle
• Managing On-boarding formalities and documentation
• Managing employee records as per SOP requirements
• Managing employee helpdesk by reverting within TAT to queries
• Ensuring that all HR processes are compliant meeting Audit requirements
• Responsible for generation of accurate employee-related reports for review
• Timely delivery of the various HR dashboards, including analysis like attrition, absenteeism, headcount reporting, productivity, etc.
• Handling the employee separation process (off-boarding formalities, termination, team transfers and entity transfers)
• Implementing innovative ideas to control absenteeism, attrition and employee grievance
• Effectively organize and manage Reward & Recognition program and employee engagement at assigned locations
• Manage Multiple Stores Operations

Required Education : MBA(HR Regular)/Any Regular Degree)If HR Experience)

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in End to End HR Operations
