Job summary

Saini Electrical is seeking an experienced Learning & Development specialist to develop and maintain technical, quality, safety, and leadership training. The role involves converting classroom content into digital formats, creating e-learning modules, microlearning videos, and assessments, and managing delivery calendars across the organization.

You will collaborate with internal SMEs, support onboarding, and design assessments while tracking effectiveness and ensuring ISO, GMP, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design and building e-learning modules.
• Ability to perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps.
• Familiarity with competency mapping and assessment frameworks.
• Proficiency in analyzing learning data and generating reports.
• Proficient with content authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Captivate).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage training calendars, deployment schedules, and learner participation for mandatory and developmental programs.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and Department Heads for content creation and training delivery.
• Support onboarding, skill development, and capability-building initiatives for employees across all levels.
• Design and administer assessments, certifications, and training evaluations.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job evaluations.
• Conduct skill-gap analysis and recommend appropriate learning and development interventions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, ISO, GMP, and other mandatory training requirements.
