Job summary

1.5 Degree, a fast-growing plant-based gelato and dessert brand, seeks an HR Executive to report to the founders and build a motivated, accountable team across the plant, outlets and office.

You will hire quickly for plant and retail spaces, run onboarding, attendance and payroll inputs in our HRMS, set KRAs, and manage PF/ESI compliance while driving engagement and reducing attrition.

Qualifications

• 36+ years in HR, ideally in QSR, retail or a food plant.
• Bulk hiring for outlet or shop-floor staff.
• Taskmaster who follows up until work is done.
