Job summary

California Burrito is seeking an HR professional with strong recruitment experience to lead the HR function in Bengaluru. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and Store Operations, coordinate with department heads, post openings, source and screen candidates, and manage interviews and bulk hiring.

The ideal candidate has a degree in HR, 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals, and excellent communication.
