Job summary

Curefoods is seeking a dynamic HRBP to support Operations and Kitchen teams in Delhi. The role is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance.

The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of HR Operations experience, preferably in Retail, QSR, or Hospitality. Experience with large employee populations and a sound understanding of labor laws are essential. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused HRBP to support our Operations and Kitchen teams across multiple locations. The role will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle of frontline workforce employees, including bulk hiring, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, engagement initiatives, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate should come from a Retail, QSR, Hospitality, Cloud Kitchen, or Food & Beverage Operations background and possess strong experience in managing large-scale frontline workforce environments.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and workforce databases.
Payroll & Attendance Management
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave records, incentives, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure timely validation and submission of payroll data with minimal errors.
  • Support payroll query resolution for employees and managers.
  • Monitor attendance adherence and partner with operations teams to improve compliance.
Statutory Compliance & HR Operations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and support audits, inspections, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely compliance submissions.
  • Ensure HR policies and operational processes are implemented consistently across locations.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular employee connect sessions and engagement initiatives.
  • Support retention programs and workforce stabilization efforts.
  • Partner with business leaders to foster a positive, high-performance work culture.
Business Partnering
  • Act as the primary HR contact for Operations and Kitchen leadership teams.
  • Analyze workforce metrics such as attrition, hiring, absenteeism, and retention trends.
  • Recommend and implement people initiatives to improve productivity and employee experience.
Candidate Requirements
  • 4–8 years of HRBP / HR Operations experience.
  • Strong experience in bulk hiring and frontline workforce management.
  • Hands‑on exposure to payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
  • Experience handling large employee populations across multiple locations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
