Job summary

1.5 Degree is a plant-based gelato and dessert brand with its own plant at NIFTEM Kundli, outlets and QSR counters across Delhi NCR, an online business, and contract manufacturing for national brands. We are hiring a Finance Manager to work directly with the founders.

Join to drive monthly MIS, manage inventory, support equity fundraising, and oversee GST/TDS, banking, and cash flow. A startup mindset and ownership from plant floor to boardroom are essential.

Qualifications

• 48 years in finance, ideally in QSR, restaurants, F&B or an online consumer brand
• Hands-on with Tally and outlet billing systems (Petpooja, Posist or similar)
• Has prepared MIS for founders or investors; fundraise or deal work is a strong plus
• A startup mindset: owns the numbers end to end, from plant floor to boardroom

Responsibilities

• Monthly MIS by a fixed date: outlet-wise and channel-wise P&L, food cost, margins
• Inventory across the plant, warehouse and outlets: stock control, wastage, monthly reconciliation
• Equity raising: financial model, investor deck numbers, data room, due diligence
• Business buyouts: valuation, due diligence, deal structuring and integration of F&B businesses we acquire
• Books, GST/TDS, bank and lender reporting, cash flow and working capital
