Job summary

RSV Group is seeking an HR Executive to handle a mix of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR operations. You will be a point of contact for employees and managers and help build a positive, well-organized workplace.

Joining RSV Group means contributing to end-to-end HR processes across hiring, onboarding, records, payroll coordination, policy updates and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA in HR preferred.
• Understanding of recruitment, payroll inputs, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, esp. Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Conduct onboarding and induction for new joiners.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leaves.
• Coordinate with payroll and share monthly inputs.
• Address employee queries and support employee relations.
• Implement HR policies and keep them updated.
• Support performance review cycles and maintain records.
• Organize training and employee engagement activities.
• Handle exit formalities: resignations, clearances, and exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
