Job summary

Khair Tours And Travels is seeking an experienced HR Executive to independently manage and streamline HR operations, set up structured systems from the ground up and own all HR functions across the organization.

You will design and implement HR policies and processes, manage end-to-end recruitment, handle payroll coordination, performance tracking, grievances and offboarding, ensure compliance with labour laws, and support leadership with HR reporting and workforce planning.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Handle payroll coordination, salary structuring, and increments
• Manage performance tracking and appraisals
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exits/offboarding
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
• Support management with HR reporting and workforce planning
