Job summary

Randstad India is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations in Chakan, Maharashtra. The role focuses on attendance, leave management, joining and exit formalities, grievances, and performance appraisal administration.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization. You will also conduct induction programs for new hires and ensure adherence to company
