PCB Jobs Search Consultant in India is seeking a proactive HR professional to support recruitment and learning & development in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment for staff and workmen, manage training calendars, onboarding, and HR documentation.
The role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous record-keeping, and compliance with audits. You will liaise with managers, vendors, and external training providers while maintaining recruitment trackers
To support the HR function by coordinating endtoend recruitment activities and driving learning & development initiatives. The role ensures timely hiring for critical positions, smooth execution of training programs, and accurate documentation for compliance, audits, and HR reporting.
Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for staff and workmen positions, including: Posting job advertisements on internal and external platforms. Screening profiles and conducting preliminary telephonic interviews. Scheduling interviews with functional managers. Follow up and ensure the completion of mercer tool tests by the candidates. Managing candidate communication, interview logistics, and feedback collection. Maintain recruitment trackers vacancy status, offer progress, joining pipeline. Conduct reference checks and coordinate onboarding documentation. Maintain vendor coordination with recruitment consultants.
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual training calendars in alignment with HR & functional leaders. Schedule internal and external training programs; manage invitations, enrolments, and attendance. Liaise with external training providers and co-ordinate program delivery. Track training completion, feedback, effectiveness analysis, and maintain training records Monitor Mandatory training completion, assign courses and generate reports. Support identification of skill gaps and development needs through surveys, performance reviews, and manager feedback.
Coordinate induction sessions, plant visits, HSE briefings, and functional introductions. Maintain onboarding checklist and ensure timely completion of joining formalities. Support probation reviews, confirmation documentation, and new joiner followups.
Maintain employee training files, recruitment documentation, and related audit records. Prepare monthly MIS reports hiring status, training hours, participation metrics. Support ISO, IRIS and other audits, statutory compliance audits, and internal HR audits. Ensure adherence to company policies, Code of Conduct, and HR processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organised, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office; experience LMS is an advantage. Stakeholder management and coordination skills. Understanding of recruitment processes, training systems, and HR policies. Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing/industrial environment.
Bachelors degree in HR / Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 57 years of experience in recruitment and/or learning & development. Experience in manufacturing/industrial setups is a must.
