Job summary

Black Pepper is seeking an experienced HRBP leader to guide the HRBP function for QSR operations across South India. You will partner with Operations to drive employee relations, engagement, performance, retention, manpower planning and compliance across multiple cities and outlets.

This role demands strong multi-location HRBP exposure, stakeholder management, and willingness to travel across South India to support teams and implement people initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience, preferably in QSR, Retail or Hospitality.
• Strong multi-location HRBP exposure, employee relations, stakeholder management and willingness to travel across South India.
