Mappy Global Resources in Jaipur seeks an experienced HR Head to lead HR strategy and execution for a growing QSR business. The role focuses on strengthening people practices, policies, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and workforce planning across India.

You will drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR operations, partnering with business leaders to align HR with growth, manage labour law compliance, and enhance employee relations in a multi-location setup.

Competenze

• 15-18 years of HR experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-location environments.
• Exposure to HR policy formulation and implementation.
• Experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder management and people-management skills.
• QSR / F&B / Retail experience will be an added advantage.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period preferred.

We are looking for an experienced HR - Head to lead HR strategy and execution for a growing QSR business.

The role will focus on strengthening people practices, HR policies, employee engagement, statutory compliance, labour laws and workforce planning across India.

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 15-18 Years

Industry: QSR / Food & Beverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations and people practices across the organization.
