Job summary

Stanza Living is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for frontline and critical roles in the hospitality and food sectors. You will lead volume hiring, partner with stakeholders on manpower needs, and build strong talent pipelines across QSR, hospitality, hotel, and food retail industries.

You will also own employee lifecycle management, engagement initiatives, and retention strategies to support business expansion and minimization of turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HRBP or recruiter in hospitality or food service.
• Strong sourcing and talent pipelining abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an HR Business Partner for business teams while driving end-to-end talent acquisition across frontline and critical roles.
• Lead volume hiring for Hospitality & Food roles.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, workforce challenges, and hiring priorities.
• Build talent pipelines from QSR, hospitality, hotel, and food retail industries to ensure quality and timely hiring.
• Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, grievance handling, and overall employee lifecycle management.
• Support business expansion, replacement hiring, and people-related initiatives with complete ownership.
• Improve recruitment processes through faster turnaround time, sourcing optimization, and better candidate experience.
• Collaborate with leadership on manpower planning, market intelligence, and HR interventions to support business goals.
