Collabera is seeking an HRBP for its Vadodara onsite location, operating in the US shift with a focus on employee relations and HR strategy execution.

You will partner with business leaders to drive talent strategies, workforce planning, and employee engagement while implementing HR process improvements across performance, recruitment, and rewards domains.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies focused on talent management, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Understand business goals and recommend policies and procedures to improve objectives, productivity and HR development.
• Hands-on approach and monitor the 'pulse' of employees to ensure high engagement.
• Strong solution focus and deliverables-oriented in a fast-paced environment addressing issues.
• Work on strategic projects across diverse HR areas with cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with managers on cases and identify training needs to be recommended to the Manager.
• Design new HR processes/changes in performance management, recruitment and rewards areas.

This role is all about developing the Employee Relations practices and people strategy in Collabera and developing deep subject matter expertise to address employment and employee relations issues more broadly.

What youll do

• You’ll partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies which are focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
• A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
• A strong solution focus and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
• Work on Strategic Projects in diverse areas of interest with intersections leading to innovation, cross-functional leverage and contextual applications to add/unlock/create value.
• Work closely with the managers on each case & Identifying training needs & recommending those to the Manager.
• Opportunity to design new HR processes/changes to HR processes in performance management, recruitment and rewards areas.
