Job Summary

The BHR Executive will act as a key HR partner for business teams, supporting employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition coordination, and HR operations. The role involves ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Support grievance handling and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee communication and awareness programs.

2. HR Operations

• Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate exit formalities and full & final settlement processes.

3. Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
• Track completion of performance reviews.
• Assist managers in performance-related discussions and documentation.

4. Recruitment Coordination

• Coordinate with talent acquisition teams and hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and follow up on hiring requirements.
• Assist in workforce planning and manpower tracking.

5. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports.
