Job summary

Micro Labs in Goa is seeking a proactive recruitment coordinator to support end-to-end hiring processes. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage postings across platforms to meet manpower needs.

You will work with department heads to understand requirements, maintain candidate databases, assist with offers and joining formalities, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.

Qualifications

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling, follow-ups and feedback.
• Support the recruitment team in managing job postings across various hiring platforms.
• Coordinate with departmental HODs to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring records.
• Assist in offer rollouts, pre-joining formalities and follow-ups with selected candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates for document collection and verification.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new joiners.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes.
